Who has to fill the RTE Self Declaration Form?

Self Declaration Form along with RTE Application is to be filled by those people whose parents have PAN card but do not file Income Tax Return and even if the parents of the student do not have PAN card then it is mandatory for them to fill RTE Self Declaration Form.

Who does not have to fill the RTE Self Declaration Form?

If neither the child’s mother nor the father or either of them is filing an income tax return, then they do not need to upload the RTE Gujarat Self Declaration Form. They will have to upload their last year’s income tax return.
